When I arrived at the hotel there was a sign on the door saying that the clerk was working cleaning rooms and room 110. The clerk was working two jobs and I feel that that was very unfair for her. She was not able to give the best service possible because of that fact.

The staff was so unorganized they had to walk us all over the hotel to see which rooms were actually vacant which was ridiculous.

Nothing was acceptable about this property. I would never recommend it to anyone. You need to remove this from your list of offerings on your site. They are an embarrassment to the hotel and booking industry.
